August 2003 - Mark Velarde and Hugh Hilton, former managing directors

of Catalyst LLC. The company was formed to fulfill the need for a turnaround
firm focused on truly partnering with troubled companies to solve problems
together. Based in Southern California, Catalyst provides corporate renewal solutions including: turnaround management and restructuring advisory; financial advisory services on behalf of creditors and creditor committees; and performance improvement and growth marketing strategies and implementation.
