Jay Treat joined Catalyst in early 2004 and has provided analytical support on a variety of Catalyst engagements, including:

  • The development of business plans and projections
  • Financial analyses and due diligence support
  • Financial analyses in support of a section 363 sale and several M&A transactions, and corresponding due diligence support
  • Operations and financial analyses and projections in support of corporate strategic planning
  • The preparation of several confidential information memoranda
  • The development of pro formas and related returns analyses in a number of real estate transactions

Prior to joining Catalyst, Mr. Treat was responsible for transactions involving investment real estate properties for Buckingham Investments, Inc. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and received his B.A. from the University of San Diego.
