Devin Daly
Senior Associate
Devin began his career in consulting and then moved to corporate development
for a fast-growing software company, providing him perspective from inside
and outside an organization. He joined Catalyst in 2004. He has an MBA
from UCLA (with a concentration in finance) and a BA from Georgetown University
(with a double major in economics and government). He also took general
courses at the London School of Economics.
Devin's experience in corporate restructuring advisor is as follows:
- Financial analyst on $270 million revenue restaurant chain. Responsible
for cash management and oversight for sale process of various chains.
- Associate, E&Y Restructuring, LLC, 1998-2000 Advisor on capital restructurings,
providing operational and financial analyses for debtor companies and
creditor committees. Advised a bank syndicate in the successful restructuring
of a billion dollar loan facility to an apparel company.
- Senior Consultant, Price Waterhouse, LLP Financial Advisory Services,
1997-1998 Performed operational and strategic analyses, financial modeling
and cash flow projections, and evaluations of potential recapitalization
scenarios.
